The shop ships from Jitra, Kedah to anywhere in Malaysia.
Right now
A flat shipping option is in place: every order is offered the same delivery choice at the same price, whatever its size or destination.
That is deliberate but temporary. It keeps checkout working while the courier connection is finished.
What is coming
EasyParcel is built into the shop but not switched on — it needs an API key from your EasyParcel account. Once connected:
- Customers see real courier rates for their address at checkout
- Bookings go to EasyParcel from the admin
- Tracking numbers come back automatically
Until then, book parcels in EasyParcel by hand and paste the tracking number onto the order.
EasyParcel works from pre-funded credit. If the balance runs out, bookings fail — worth checking before a busy period.
Weights matter
Courier pricing is by weight, so a missing or wrong weight means a wrong price. Two known problems in the current catalogue:
- 41 variants have no weight at all
- 6 look wrong by a decimal place — including an alternator recorded at 290 kg, which should almost certainly be 2.90 kg
Both are worth fixing before live rates are switched on, because an alternator at 290 kg will quote an absurd delivery price and lose the sale.
Packing
Note anything fragile on the order before handing it over. The shop does not pass a fragile flag to the courier, so it has to be handled physically.
